A bright New Year with a Butlins short break

The cold chill of winter has set in and as the festive cheer starts to fade, many of us will start to think about getting away from it all for a while. Of course, Christmas comes at a cost, so you may be looking for affordable UK breaks that don’t cost the Earth.

February half term is the first holiday in the school calendar and a family trip to Butlins could be the perfect way to make the most of it. We have some incredible new things to enjoy at our resorts, as well as a team of Redcoats on hand to make sure everyone is kept entertained. Thanks to our indoor Skyline Pavilions, you won’t even need to worry about what the weather has in store – so there’s no need for the fun to stop even if there’s a spot of rain!

We also have some wonderful new live shows planned for those taking short breaks in February that feature some familiar faces and family favorites. For 2013, this includes Sesame Street, Dick and Dom, and Blues on the Move. Plus you can expect appearances from the likes of Bob the Builder, Pingu, Barney, Fireman Sam and many more. Each of our resorts have three main stages, The Skyline Stage for daytime shows, Centre Stage for bigger evening music and dance shows and Reds – which is where you can catch live bands and some of the UK’s best tribute acts.

Of course, there’s all the usual fun and games of Butlins to experience in addition to all the special treats we have lined up at our holiday parks for February 2013. So you can take part in any of our various sports and activities, splash around in our indoor Waterworlds, catch a show, or just do some serious relaxing. We have a great choice of accommodation to suit families of all shapes and sizes and can help you find the package that’s best for you. We offer comfy rooms, well equipped apartments and more contemporary hotel-style accommodation, so you should feel right at home whichever you choose. As far as dining is concerned, there are options like family-friendly pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as fine dining if you fancy something a little more luxurious.

Our February half-term breaks start from only £50 per person per break and you can even save a bundle on our free child places too. However, these tend to be extremely popular so you’ll need to book now to avoid missing out!
